Q. What age can the person be in the videos?

A. Any age, we have all different types of people order these videos for all different reasons.

Q. What colour skin is this made for?

A. We try our best to match the skin colour of the face to the body.

Q. If I wanted a different gender in the videos is that OK?

A. Yes, we have people that order the Princess video and they are a grown men, it's your choice which face you want to put in which film.

Q. Will my child be offended / scared by any of the videos?

A. We have tried to make each video as child friendly as we can. We do use the terms 'Boy', 'Girl' in the videos to reference the main star (you or your child), if the term 'Boy or Girl' is offensive to you or your child please don't not purchase the video as we cannot remove the narration on the films.

Q. How do I send a picture to you?

A.  When you click on a product that requires a photo you will see on the right hand side a blue button that says "UPLOAD" click on that and select your photo

Q. What size photo is best?

A. We would love it if the face size is over 450 pixels x 600 pixels, we say face size because the person could be way off in the distance and thus their face would be small.

Don't worry too much about this, we will let you know if the face picture is too small.

Q. Can I take a picture with my phone and send it to you?

A. Yes, if you use a phone to take the picture and you keep the face in focus it will be fine. If you go on the website on your phone you can go to the product page and upload the phone directly from your phone.

Q. What kind of background do I need on the photo?

A. No need to worry about the background, we will remove it.

Q. The photo has really long hair, will that be a problem?

A. We will keep as much of it as we can in the video.

Q. Can I send a proper photo to you by post?

A. No, sorry, we can't trust Royal Mail to deliver, you can try to take a picture of the photo with your phone.

Q. How will I get the the video?

A. When we have completed the 'magic' process, we email you twice, one will be with a link for you to watch your film on YouTube (private, so only you have the link). The 2nd email will be from a company called

wetransfer, this email will have a download link to the film in HD, but the file size is big, so we have to use wetransfer to send it to you.

Q. How big is the file size?

A. As a general rule, a 10 minute film will be 1gb, so a 20 minute will be around 2gb.

Q. What file format will I be sent it in?

A. The file will be 1920 X 1080 HD - MP4, if you can't play that file you could download VLC Player (free) from here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.en-GB.html  but most computers and TV's will play MP4.

Q. How can I watch the full HD mp4 film on my big TV?

A. Some modern TV's have a USB port in the back, if you put the film on a USB stick and plug the USB in the TV and select the correct channel, it should play.

Q. Do you keep the photo?

A. No, once your film has been sent to you we delete the photo.

Q. Do you keep a copy of the film?

A. We keep a copy of the film that we have made for you, just in case you delete your copy in error.

Q. Do you share the video with anyone?

A. NO... We do not, will not and have no reason to. The only person we send the film to is you.

Q. What if I don't like the video, can I have a refund?

A. I'm sorry but under the current law, a bespoke product and a digital download are both covered by a no refund policy.

Q. If I have a faulty file, can I get a refund?

Q. How long does it take you to get my video finished and emailed to me?

A. It depends on how busy we are, if we are not busy we can normally complete and send it to you on the same day, (depending what time of day you ordered it).

We do ask you to allow 7 days, but we have never gone past 3 days delay.

Q. How often are you making more of these?
